Whangarei Chess

We enjoy a game of chess. And meet in the library and a cafe, once a fortnight to have an over the board game. A great feature is that that this is free. No need to bring a chess set or clock, just bring your cheerful self.

In keeping up with the times, our club is going online. An online tournament or an arena is now an option. Stay tuned for the latest updates.

Chess for schools, starts in February. Tentative dates 9th and 23rd, Whangarel Central Library, 10 am to 12 noon.
