My name is Tadas. I have graduated as an Informatics engineer(bachelor) in 2019 at KTU(Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania). I have been playing chess since I was 5 years old. My teacher career started in early 2016.

Since I was a kid, my grandfather taught me basics of chess. Later, I have joined a local chess club in Lithuania Kaunas city, where I learned different chess openings, tactics and combinations. I got inspired by the game so much, thus it encouraged me to play at international tournaments and championships. I have been playing chess since 2002. However, I found my passion into teaching. Helping my students progressing from a beginner to a master of the game makes me motivated as a tutor.

Working as a coach, my my biggest concern is to fully connect with my students. I prefer to be friend and teammate rather than rigid instructor. I believe that communicating with each other as a team and constantly working towards one goal, will lead to a great result. I am ready and excited to share my experience.
