I was taught by my dad early, but left the game early too after I got beat around too much by my friends and relatives who loves the game of chess. I was only introduced to the Ruy Lopez opening, but after that you're on your own, so my middle game and end game sucks big time. :) Anyway, I got back after a long lay off, so guys take it easy on me. LOL
